We're Aisling & Áine and you might have guessed from the picture above that we're twins!
We're really passionate about educating people about the benefits of a healthy diet. Plus we have degrees in Nutritional Science to back it up. Being healthy isn't about drastic juice cleanses and only eating salad leaves. By sharing our recipes we hope you'll see just how diverse and delicious healthy food can be.
We're massive dessert addicts, so expect a lot of sweet recipes — just with a nutritional twist. And because we're vegetarians, every recipe is meat-free with lots of vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options too.
